Most welcome visitors during office hours, which generally means:
Monday to Friday, 9.00am. - 12.30pm., and 2.30 - 5.00pm. Some open at weekends to visitors too, but never at lunchtime! The larger houses usually make a small charge for visiting, but check the full guide for detailed info. A telephone appointment is always a good idea, and note that some of the big names such as Bollinger, Gosset, Charles Heidsieck, Krug, Lanson, Pol Roger, Roederer and Salon do not accept casual visitors.
